You are about to read the easiest and fastest recipe that makes the best modelling dough ever! I was so shocked when this kept for months in a closed jar (and we take it out almost daily to play with)! It rolls into balls, it can be rolled with a rolling pin, and it does not crack or break like some other homemade versions do. So simple and enjoyable!
Here's exactly what I did/ used:
-2cups whole wheat flour
-1 cup grey salt
-2 cups warm water
-1 tbsp coconut oil
-4tsp corn starch
-drip to preference of blue food colouring
Mix all of this in a pot over medium heat. The bottom will not burn but will form a white-ish layer (don't worry, this will come off by itself if you let it soak with water for a half hour). At first it will be runny, then it will thicken up like play-dough. When you feel it's tacky and moldable, take off heat, let cool, and PLAAAAAYYYYYY!!!!
