Why are you here? What’s your purpose in life? Why do you zig and zag instead of run full force 🏃🏼♀️toward what you want? What FUELS you? What do you think about? Daydream about? Work toward? Invest your time and energy in? It ALL matters. What words would you use to describe yourself?
FOR EVERY ACTION THERE’S A REACTION.
Where you are in your life is based off of the decisions that you’ve made (well, mostly). The job you took, the friendships you’ve nurtured, the purchases, the workouts, the food. Now are those decisions getting you to where you want?
ARE YOUR EVERYDAY DECISIONS ALIGNED WITH YOUR INNER SELF?
That’s ok if you haven’t thought about this in a while. It’s hard. But go into this weekend and answer these questions. See if you can make some little changes here and there and apply effort into areas of your life you wish to see change.
With each decision ask yourself,
“DOES THIS BRING ME CLOSER TO OR FURTHER FROM MY GOAL?”
I spoke about this a few years back and I truly believe in this. No, I have not always made decisions that are in alignment with what I want (guilty!) but with so much focus and care, I have become a PRO at realignment! spiritually speaking, that is. Spend some time on this and you’ll feel SO inspired and accomplished by the start of next week! I’m sure of it!
