As you may have noticed, I like to cut to the chase with recipes! haha! This one is great with a quinoa base. I'd say it's more stewy than soupy; here it is!
1 cup raw chashews, soaked overnight
1 head cauliflower
1 garlic bulb
oil to coat pan
1 cup hummas
1 cup cooked quinoa
4 cups vegetable broth (I boiled 4 cups of water and added Harvest Sun organic veggie cubes)
1 organic Harvest Sun miso cube
salt and pepper
Roast the cauliflower and garlic. Add cooked quinoa, roasted veggies, and soup base to food processor or blender. blend and enjoy!
