Try this new pattern of apple pie! you start at the outter edges and then just keep creating layers inward. *My tip if you are doing this in a raw version--dont wash the apples immediately before putting them onto the nut crust, it will go soggy and nobody likes that! Okay! Heres the very simple recipe:
Crust : (In a food processor) blend 1 cup dates, 2 cups nuts. I used walnuts and almonds
filling: organic red apples cut thinly. Cut apple in half and scrape out seeds. Then lay with the seed part facing down and start slicing small pieces off width-wise.
Viola! a Sprinkle cinnamon and your done! Enzymes included and everything! I suggest presoaking the nuts and letting them dry before blending. Enjoy!
