Trying to cut back on chips? I've got a yummy solution for you that won't have you peering into the cupboards for those greasy, crunchy potatoes any longer!! Like ALL my recipes, this is EASY, doesn't require a lot, no weird ingredients you've never heard of, and as for taste--I deliver! Besides, greasy chips are basically a culmination of rancid fats that lead to free-radicals (A.K.A. early aging) and acne. Yuk! Try this instead!
Here's the recipe!
*If you're using a popcorn machine, coat your machine with coconut oil because butter will burn whilst the kernels are popping.
Melt 3 tbsp of butter (preferably grass fed)
Start popping 2/3 cup of popcorn kernels
In a bowl or jar mix:
1tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup nutritional yeast (this gives it that vegan "cheesy" flavour--can be found in most baking isles or bulk bins)
2 tsp salt (I used grey salt)
