You guys! I made something incredible! It will get veggies into you and your family's tummies and provide an EASY and QUICK breakfast or SNACK-ON-THE-GO. I used what I had and morphed it into something my toddler LOVES!...in fact, everybody loves these...
Here's the recipe:
RECIPE:
In a mixing bowl:
2 cups flour
3.5 tsp baking powder
12 tsp salt
1/3 cup grass fed butter (room temperature for mixing)
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
half a bunch+ of chives, diced
cut a handful worth of broccoli florets
3/4 cups almond milk
2 eggs (organic, free range)
DIRECTIONS:
With hands, roll into balls and place on a greased baking sheet. They will not expand a ton so don't worry about leaving a lot of space for them to grow. Bake at 350 F for about 20-25 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
